The sacred pilgrimage to Badri-Kedar, two of the Char Dham, is among the most revered pilgrimages. Badrinath is the abode of Lord Vishnu, where Nara and Narayan remain. Kedarnath among the Dwadasha Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva, is also among the Panch Kedar where the Pandavas sought Lord Shiva's darshan. Praise of Badri-Kedar is in the form of darshan here. In the remote Himalayas, with the icy winds blowing, these are places of tapasya and intense sadhana. Pilgrims come here in intense devotion.

Itinerary :
Day 01 : Delhi - Haridwar (230 kms/6hrs)
Arrive at Delhi Railway Station. Meet & assist. Drive to Haridwar and transfer to Hotel. Visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti in evening. Back to hotel for night halt.

Day 02 : Haridwar - Rudraprayag (160kms/5hr):
Morning Haridwar local sight seeing. Temples & Sight Seeing options: Har-ki-Pauri, Chandi Devi & Mansa Devi Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple, Bilkeshwar Mahadev, Vaishno Devi Temple, Doodhadhari Temple, Bharat Mata Mandir or others.

Afternoon drive to Rudraprayag. En route visit Deoprayag. Night halt at Rudraprayag, the confluence of river Mandakini and river Alaknanda.

Day 03 : Rudraprayag - Kedarnath (75kms 3 hrs by road & 14 kms Trek)
Morning drive to Gaurikund. Trek start from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (3584 mts) on foot or on by pony / Doli. Check in at Hotel. Later visit Kedarnath Temple. Night halt at kedarnath.

Day 04 : Kedarnath - Rudraprayag (14Kms Trek & 75kms/3hr by Road)
Early morning after temple Darshan, trek down to Gaurikund. Later, drive to Rudraprayag via Guptkashi. Check in at hotel at Rudraprayag.

Day 05 : Rudraprayag - Badrinath (165kms/7hr)
Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Check in Hotel. Visit Badrinath Temple for Aarti. Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 06 : Badrinath - Joshimath (44kms/3hr)
Early morning, after a sacred dip in Tapt kund, have Darshan of Badrivishal.
Brahamakamal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus).
Among other places of pilgrimage nearby are Bhima Kund, the origins of the mythological Saraswati river, Vyas Gufa and Ganesh Gufa at Mana and Charanpaduka below the sacred Neelkantha mountain.
Late afternoon drive back to Joshimath. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay at Joshimath.

Day 07 : Joshimath - Rishikesh (254kms/8hr)
After visiting the Narsingh Temple and Shankracharaya Math at Joshimath, drive to Rishikesh. Check in at hotel for night halt.

Day 08 : Rishikesh - Delhi (230kms/7hr
Morning Rishikesh local Sight seeing.
Temple & Sight Seeing options: Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Sivananda Ashram, others...
Later, drive back to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, transfer to railway station/airport.
