Agastya Hall The School of Ancient Wisdom is set in the quiet and meditative Devanahalli hills of Bangalore. The 2 day weekend program on 12th and 13th August 2006 is sponsored by Jewel in the Lotus Trust. Courses held by the School are free of charge. Rs 500 will be charged for the two day retreat to cover meals and accommodation.

  • 12:00 noon : Dharana through Awareness of Breath
  • 1:30 pm : Lunch
  • 3:00 pm : Aum Meditation Technique & Practice
  • 4:30 pm : Satsangha with Himalayan Tapaswi Yogi, Sri Gorakh Babaji
  • 8:00 pm : Dinner

  • 6:00 am : Morning tea/coffee & morning walk
  • 7:00 am : Dhyana or Meditation with Aum and Breath Awareness
  • 8:30 am : Breakfast
  • 9:30 am : Prayers & Bhajanas
  • 10:00 am : Different Methods of Awakening Spiritual Energies
  • 11:30 am : Tea/Coffee Break
  • 12:00 noon : Interactive Q&A Session
  • 1:30 pm : Lunch
  • 3:00 pm : Satsangha with Sri Gorakh Babaji
  • 4:30 pm : Tea/coffee
  • 8:00 pm : Departure of participants

    School of Ancient Wisdom Resident students are provided the following:
    Accommodation on twin-sharing basis
    Morning & afternoon Tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Non-resident students are provided: Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea/coffee

    Please note: No consumption of non-veg food, alcohol, drugs or smoking on the Campus. All meals are strictly vegetarian.
    Age of students no bar
